These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SaleSignal's websites, mobile-optimized web app, emails, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SaleSignal ("SaleSignal," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getsalesignal.com of any unauthorized use.
SaleSignal aggregates publicly available promotional and pricing information from third-party retailers and applies algorithms (including AI) to score and surface deals. The Service is provided for general informational and consumer convenience purposes only.
SaleSignal is not a retailer. All prices, discounts, inventory, sizes, shipping, taxes, return policies, promo codes, and other terms are set and controlled exclusively by the third-party retailer at the point of purchase. SaleSignal does not guarantee that any listed deal is accurate, current, available, applicable to you, or honored by the retailer. Deal scores, "real" markdown calculations, and recommendations are estimates only and may be wrong. You are solely responsible for verifying all details before transacting.
The Service contains affiliate links. When you click "Shop" or similar links and complete a qualifying action at the retailer, SaleSignal may earn a commission. This does not change your price and does not influence deal scoring. Affiliate relationships do not create any partnership, agency, or endorsement between SaleSignal and the retailer.
The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, software, and compilations, is owned by SaleSignal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All other rights are reserved.
Third-party brand names, logos, and product imagery are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant SaleSignal a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose, without compensation to you.
The Service links to or integrates with third-party sites and services (including retailers, payment providers, and authentication providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, products, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. Without limiting the foregoing, SaleSignal makes no warranty that deal scores, prices, discounts, inventory, or recommendations are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SALESIGNAL OR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A RETAILER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SaleSignal's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid SaleSignal in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaleSignal and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You and SaleSignal each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Nothing in this Section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Effective" date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and SaleSignal regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. Notices to SaleSignal should be sent to legal@getsalesignal.com.
